ALOK SHUBHAM
Alok Shubham is a Junior Research Fellow and doctoral candidate at the Jindal School of International Affairs. He previously served as a Teaching Cum Research Officer (TCRO) at Rashtriya Raksha University, an Institute of National Importance (INI) in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. He holds an M.Phil. in International Politics from the Central University of Gujarat, and he completed both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Political Science at the University of Delhi. A recipient of the UGC-NET JRF fellowship, Alok has also interned with NIICE, Kathmandu. His research interests include Indian Foreign Policy, Geopolitical Developments in Pakistan, and Non-Traditional Security Discourses. Additionally, his work examines developments in the United Nations and other international forums.

AICHUK DEBBARMA
Aichuk Debbarma is a phd scholar specializing in horizontal inequalities, ethnic movements, and ethnic conflicts. Her research focuses on understanding the dynamics and implicit of socioeconomic, political, and cultural disparities among different ethnic groups and their impact on political stability. She is passionate about contributing to policy development and conflict resolution.
